How One Connection Can Lead to Teens’ Transformation
The Torch Foundation is creating a movement that supports teens in living their best lives… and it starts with people who are committed to the same thing.
Take Fedje, for example, who learned about the Torch Foundation through a personal development program she completed. Working in the hospitality and event-planning industry, Fedje co-hosted a self-organized BIL conference.
After reaching out to us, Fedje enrolled 5 teens in an Ignite Training workshop. Over the course of their experience, the teens established what they wanted to create in life. They also learned what was holding them back. They acquired tools that improved their emotional intelligence and leadership skills, which they can also create amongst their peers and within their communities.
So one person with an idea and a connection led to an opportunity to establish more teen leaders, elevate their journeys of self-discovery, and ultimately create the space for teens to be empowered and create the lives of their dreams!

With the world finding more value in online platforms, our most successful partnerships span a consistent level of communication and involve a number of different tactics. Here are a handful of ways you can partner with The Torch Foundation:
Become a Local Ambassador: We are looking for individuals, schools, and organizations to be a voice for the Torch Foundation, no matter where you are in the world.
Engage with People in Your Community: Rally your employees and customers to fundraise and help spread the word about the importance of teens embracing their leadership
Enroll Teens: If you work at a high school, work with kids between the ages of 13 and 18, or personally know a teenager interested in bettering themselves, reach out to us to find out how to enroll them into one of our future training.
Create Fundraising Campaigns: We work with organizations all across the country to raise funds for teens' leadership training.
Become a Coach: One of the things each teen has over the course of their experience with Torch is having access to mentorship. (If you have personally taken part in leadership training yourself and have an interest in taking part in one for teens as a mentor, we’d love to hear from you.)
Anything Else? We are open to hearing how you’d like to contribute and finding out how we can collaborate!
